Can I backup emails in IncrediMail and restore to Outlook Express?
No. The backup can be restored only to the same type of Email Client from which it was created. For example, you can't restore to Outlook Express a backup file which was created from Eudora or Incredimail.
Can I backup email data from Microsoft Outlook on Windows Me and restore it on an Windows XP machine?
Yes.
Can I backup my email data from a network "h" drive?
No, you can't backup e-mail files from network, because Amic Email Backup needs to read the email settings from Windows registry.
I have downloaded the software but I can't open it;
This can happen if your download was incomplete. Sometimes windows gets confused and stops the download before is completed; and in these cases the partially downloaded file can't run properly.
